1. Educational use only

Labs Made Clear helps you organize, visualize, and better understand your own lab results and health information. It is an educational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide a diagnosis, treatment plan, or medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use Labs Made Clear. Sessions automatically expire after a period of inactivity.

3. Your data

You own the data you upload. We process it to provide the service to you as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell, rent, or monetize your personal or health information, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not train AI models on your data without your explicit consent.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload data you do not have the right to share, do not attempt to access other users' data, do not probe or interfere with our systems, and do not use Labs Made Clear to provide medical care to others.

5. AI features

Summaries, explanations, and answers are generated by AI and may contain errors. They are not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

6. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed through our payments processor. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your profile. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout.

7. Termination & deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, we remove your profile and associated records as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

Labs Made Clear is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes through the product or by email.
